theft by deception
If there is someone that has been indicted on theft by deception charges and has not had legal council. The public defender was assigned back in oct 2007 and i have not been in contact with that oublick defender as of yet and i need to be in court on 6/16/2008. I have not been able to heard. What could i do.

Hire a private attorney, don't assume you can't afford one until you call a few. Otherwise, call your public defender and find out whats up
