Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Hi, i violated my probation i was charged with possession in a motor vehicle on jan 1st this year couple months ago i was on conditional discharge, just yesterday i was stopped by a cop while i was walkking home and he searched me and found 1 bag of weed in my pocket. Im a working man doin weatherization as my occupation i just got this job 2 weeks ago . just when my life was goin the right track this happened.... please i really want to know what can happen? will i lose my job? will i go to jail? How much would i end up paying for this? please send me back thank you
