Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I was waiting on a platform for a train to NY from Newark Penn Station, I had already hours earlier purchased drugs which I had in my possession, as well as paraphanalia. The transit police approached me and arrested me for simple possession under the guise that "I looked and acted high". The initial arrest was for possession and paraphernalia downgraded by prosecutor in Newark Superior Court to Wandering. I looked up the statute descripTon and it doesn't seem like the incident fits any part of that charge. Would you take this to trial if you were me? My first plea offer was 60 days due to my extensive criminal history from 15 years ago.
