Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

i was wondering what would be my penalty for conspiracy to commit burglary?

Im 18 and my friend are minor and they stole a purse out a lady house but I did agree to do any crime with them and i was not their to when they did it. I was on my way home. They charge me with 3rd degree conspiracy to commit burglary. This is a first time offense. I also live in new jersey and this happen in gloucester county nj. Is it any way I can get off on probation or PTI program because I am in college and i am trying to avoid going to prison
