Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Jersey

my business has ran out of money after being open and growing for two years. there is a growing heroin epidemic in my town. i have been accused of drug dealing out of my store. With no evidence the law enforcements and local rehabs have spread rumors of my business responsible for the drugs in area when i have no involvement with the drugs. I am a 23 year old Hispanic male. i think this may be racial profiling and slander. my store is located in a predominantly white suburbs.
