Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

i have been charged with a dui in the discovery there is a alcotest but no proof that the admistrator of the test followed proper procedures such as all weapons out of the room cell phones out and observation of the defendant. can this test be non admisable in my case.

It does not have to be in the report. Ask for their procedures. Also the 20 minutes can be extrapolated using other times in the discovery.
