Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Driving While Suspended for DUI

I understand the implications of this stupid move, but since you can plea down from the maximum, added, penalties, how often does a lesser penalty actually occur. There was no violation related to my being pulled over; simply a random check at a stop light.

I would suggest that you call me to discuss the exact nature of your vehicle being stopped. You may be able to suppress the evidence and have your case dismissed.

Call me if you like.
