husband in dui accident

car in my name insurance to he got 1st dui involved in accident he hit car in rear then hit tree am i in trouble???

You are not in trouble for the DWI part of this question unless you knew your husband was intoxicated and let him drive your car anyway. However, if the person he hit files a lawsuit for this accident, then you will probably also be named in the lawsuit since you are the owner of the car. For now at least your husband should consider hiring a lawyer to represent him on the DWI matter. The consequences for a DWI conviction are pretty severe so it is not something he should go to court on without a lawyer.
