Illegal N.J.DUI Stop

I had a third DUI stop 11 years ago in N.J. but failed to appear. Can you tell me where I can find case law and court decisions on illegal DUI stops i.e. State of N.J v Cryan ( App. Div.)1999 in favor of defendant

to pick up on what Mr. Moore said, trying to handle all of this without an attorney will be real tough. It won't be that expensive to hire one, so it might be a great idea to think about, especially since you have a warrant.

You are a bit ahead of yourself. You, apparently have a warrant for your arrest, but you are asking a question as though you had a trial date. Thirdly, there are scores of cases dealing with illegal car stops. Knowing one case will, probably, do little for you.
