Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Can I lower my dwi charges?

I have a lawyer, but he seems not to be doing anything. I had one dwi that was on stay, then another 6 months later that was on stay. So now that the case is over, what is going to happen. Also my 1st court date coming up is for the second time that I was pulled over. The first time that I was pulled over hasent even been scheduled yet. So how can I be convicted of a second time if the first conviction was not made? Is there a way to have a working lisence, meaning a license that allows to to only drive during certain hours. I just opened a business and I fear that I will have to close it, and move out of my apt, because I will not be able to work and pay bills. There are no buses where I live, so what do people do when this happens. I am so afraid I will lose everything. Is there a way to bargain like doing community service everyday for 2 years to keep your license? Anything.........I do not want to lose my business, my house, my son, I will be homeless. Please help.
