mistake o tickets

they put wrong incident date on my ticket it was 3/1/09 and he put 1/3/09 is this a reason to be able to dismiss the ticket?

I am certain that there are other dates on the ticket which confirm that the offense date indicated is merely a clerical mistake. You must also understand that the dwi charge did not have to be issued on the date of the offense. Another ticket, with the right date, could be issued this coming week or next week. You need an attorney.
