Can a Officer have you get back into your car after you've gotten to your destination, and have you do a field sobriety test, which you pass then give you a DUI. Also, not give you informations or copies of the paperwork for court.

Possibly, as long as he had probable cause to suspect that you were driving while intoxicated. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

He is required to give you a copy of the printout of the results of your breath test. As for the balance of what you say the officer did, what he did sounds very strange. You need to hire an

experienced criminal trial attorney as soon as possiblbe.

Call me if you like.
