Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

proving a rheft

My step son stole jewlery from me I filed a police report but I have no evidence. The detective did find proof that he pawned several other pieces of jewlery at a pawn shop. Do I have enough to have a case?

No, not yet at least, but I would keep the kid out of your house, and keep it locked.
