Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

In the state of nj if a person lost his/her license at the age of 19 for drunk driving (without hurting anyone) and is now 42, does he/she have any recourse to get his license back. Has been sober since.

Yes, it should have only been lost for a period of time, 7 months, 2 years, 10 years - but not forever.

Yes. There may have been surcharges. We're they paid, were the fines paid. Which county and which municipality. Better have a lawyer check on it for you. It should not be an expensive proposition.
