Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey
suspended for 10yrs
I would like to know if i could request the car breatha-liser equipment be put in my car to let me drive to work and back home. I'm 5yrs into my suspension.

I'd like to know more about how you got into this position. Did you have an attorney for your last sentencing? Did you plea out?
