Legal Question in Education Law in New Jersey
If I move from Camden County, NJ in May of 2010 to Burlington County, NJ, would my child be permitted to finish the last 5 weeks left of the school year at their old school (Camden County) (I would be willing to make the commute) Or would I be required to enroll them in their new school in Burlington County??
