annuities funds distributed after divorce
when it states that the qdro entitiles you to 60 oer cent of the retiremint fund as of date of transfer, what does date of transfer mean?
the settlement happened in september.

Well I'm sure there was a service that did the QDRO for you and I'm sure you had an attorney for the divorce, thus, they would be in the best position to help you.
