Anullments

I wanted to know the period that I could obtain an anullment in the state of NJ, after seven months of marriage.

If I understand your questions, there is no minimum or maximum amount of time one needs to be married in order to seek an annulment. Of course, you or the other party need to have lived in New Jersey for a year in order for the Court to have jurisdiction. Of course, there needs to be a basis for an annulment as opposed to a divorce.
