my ex was arrested for breaking a restraining order and I dropped the charges when she agreed to replace my car and leave our 10 year old with me while she traveled for work trips. this was done between our 2 lawyers, now 4 months later she says the judge said she does not have to leave her with me when she travels, how could this be when I dropped the charges to get this , she travels a lot and my daughter does not want to be with a stranger
