I have custody of 1 child and my ex wife has custody of two children. Why is it I still pay for 2 children and I don't receive custody for the 1 child I have custody of.

Re: child support

Probably because you went without an attorney. This stuff happens when you do that. Not sure why, but it just seems to happen. While you can go back to court by yourself, I suggest you get an attorney to help you with this.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
