Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child support and extension

My original divorce was in the state of LA, CA. The children and I have lived in New Jersey since 9/1999. I am seeking to increase child support, increase the time limit based on New Jersey state law as well as receive cost of living increase.

I was process do I need to move this situation to New Jersey.

My ex still resides in CA, but works partime in New York and PA.

Please Help

You and your child live in New Jersey and should be able to docket your California divorce judgment with the court and then apply for increased child support. You should call me.
