Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My daughter, age 17 is pregnant by a guy who is 23. Do I as her parent have any legal recourse that I can take against the guy? we live in the state of New Jersey

So long as he is no more than four years older than her, probably no criminal offense was committed. You might consider that he will be the father of her child and that she will need him to

live up to his parental responsibilities. Getting even with him may be contradictory to this thought.
