Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

DYFS in NJ is involved. The said child's mother has mental issues, and is now allowed to see the child, only when supervised by her grandmother. This is in PA. We have been thru case worker after case worker bc the child comes home saying she is seeing pictures of the mother's still born child, "dad's a bad Dad", and has said she saw the mother's bf, who is not allowed to be seeing the child. The child has also said she is let alone with the mother. Agency is NOT hearing us....what do we do? The less the child sees the mother, the better. She acts out less and improves incredibly without seeing the mother.

This is a real danger to that child's mental health. And the boyfriend is prohibited but still has contact with the child?

Get a lawyer and get some help.

I do this work, and I would be glad to assist. I have been fighting for my clients in the courts for many years, and I get particular satisfaction when I can protect a child from harm.

Give me a call, come in and see me.
