Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex-husband and I were divorced in 2009 in Las Vegas, where we lived. In our divorce decree, he was supposed to pay be half of our investment account, which he has filed to do. I live in NJ now, and he lives in Texas. I hired an attorney to move the decree to NJ, but the judge denied it without prejudice, citing NJ has no jurisdiction over him. Where do I file to enforce my divorce decree? Thank you, Julie
