my ex-husband is trying to get full custody of our child and get child support from me she was here for almost 6 months in NJ he took her to Idaho for a week and he never send her back he change her to another school without telling me now my divorce said that she lives in NJ with me what are hes chances to win

You need to file a motion in New Jersey to have her returned immediately. Do not wait because the longer it takes you to file, the harder it could be to get her returned. If she has been here for six months, then New Jersey is her home state and the Courts in New Jersey have jurisdiction.
