the father of my child smokes marijuana on a daily basis and we are not together..i do not want this around my son and i want him to be clean in order to obtain rights to see him. would the court look past this as not a big deal or will he need to be random drug tested?

most judges would probably express concern and may require that he submitt to a drug test if the issue is raised to the Court.
