Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

If my husband is on parole and im the co defendant in his case can his parole officer keep us from seeing eachother?

Your question is more of a hint than a question. I imagine that your parole officer told you or your husband that you could not associate with one another. I do not believe that his instruction is appropriatte, but I would have to research the question to gve a completely reliable opinion.

I would think that your parole officer can not de facto terminate your marital relationship while you are on parole.
