Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex husband pays me child support for our three children. He is about to remarry and they have a child on the way. Will him having another child, lower his child support? I really don't mind, I'm just curious!

The law in New Jersey is that if he has a support obligation for the other child, then that is a factor that can lower his support payments. I have had cases where Judge's have lowered a person's support payments even though there is no formal child support order for the other child.
