Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live in new jersey and have joint custody of my 6 year old daughter, I pay child support and her mother is threatening to move to Louisiana. Does she have the right?

This is not a straight yes or no answer. The question that must be asked is: Does she have any connection to Louisiana (e.g. family; better employment; good living conditions) and this improve the life of your child and is it in her best interest despite your objections.
