Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I Live in NJ and i have join custody with my ex husband. Now be's so behind on his payments and i see theyre gonna have a hearing ELR....do i need to go to the hearing? I dont have any proof of where he work or nothing but know he is working in his "own"company and who knows what else, and see it like he dont have no inf update with the support office.

The Judge and the court system can only work with what they get. If they have no information about him, they are not going to be able to do as much as if they know more about him. I suggest you go to court and tell the judge everything you do know. I suggest you find out whatever you can about his own company and whatever information that will show what money he has, what he owns, is he taking vacations and how does he pay for them, all of that.

A lawyer can help a lot, but I am going to guess you have no money for a lawyer.
