Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hello, I live in NJ and am pregnant by a married man that is in the navy reserve. He lives in Brookllyn NY and has been raising his 2 children for the last 3 years while she has been actively serving (She's also in the Navy) in Iraq. She is now in Italy serving and he will soon be going to Italy to work for the Navy Militia and bringing their 2 children with him. He told his wife about me 3 weeks ago and since then she has continually been harassing me through nasty emails, phone calls, and voicemail messages. She is threatening to leave Italy and come to my home via email and voicemail messages. She leaves me really nasty messages and continually forwards me the emails she sends him. To whom do I report her to in the Navy? Can I do anything legally? She tells me via email that her husband will not be a part of the baby's life, will not sign the birth certificate, or having anything to do with my bastard child. I can not take the harassing emails or voicemails any more. I tried blocking her emails, but she gets them to me through various other email addresses. Please help!

Philip Burnham, Esquire Burnham Law Group, LLC.

I if she is harassing you, report it to your local police and do not have any contact with her. The police can advise you regarding any possible criminal charges. I am not familiar with the naval code, but I believe you can report her to her superior commanders.

I would be happy to follow up with you. Please email me directly or call my office if you would like to schedule an appointment either in person or by telephone. My contact information is listed in the links below.
