Married in New Jersey in 2010, filed for divorce in Florida. On day of marriage, one hour before ceremony spouse presented a Pre-Nup prepared by their attorney and said sign or the marriage is off. I signed. Is the NJ pre-nup valid in Florida? Does NJ law control?
