Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

martial issues

My husband and I have been living together for 23 years; and married for 8 of them all in NJ. I really never worked I was a stay home mom most of our sons life; he is now 23 and again living with me and we both are not working; my husband move with his parents. As of today my husband has informed me that he will be taking me off his medical insurance and that he carried me for 3 years and no longer can do it again. I have been to the doctors on a regular basis due to my anxiety and stress. I also have high cholesterol and the medication for this illness is extremely expensive. I am now in the process of possibly being evicted, utilities have a shut off notice for the 15th of this month and my car is about to be taken. I have asked him for assistance and he claims he cant help me. As his wife what rights and financial assistance can I ask of him?

Your husband must provide you with support, including health insurance.

You must go to court to enforce this obligation.
