Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Re: Matrimonial:

A Property Settlement Agreement was reached in 12-23-2003 following a divorce. (Marriage 20 years)

Do I have a right to revisit and renegotiate the Agreement, to require continued Alimony and Child Support, based on unforeseen circumstances (medical) that have limited my ability to work full-time and support myself?

Issues in a property settlement agreement such as child support and alimony can always be renegotiated. You should be represented by an attorney. Contact me for an appointment and we can discuss your situation.
