Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

A neighbor falsely accused me of being a drug addict , my husband of being an alocholic who beats me and called CPS on us, what can we do because she's done this before to other people. All of this because we asked her to have her child not run back and forth in the apartment because the noise disturbs us. Drug tests came back negative, I will even do a hair sample to prove I don't use drugs! I know she will do this or something similar again to us because she is a troublemaker. Is there anything we can do? The landlord has been trying to evict her.
