Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

In NJ i want to file a motion due to:

1. Violation of an existing court order

2. Modify existing court order

3. Bring new concerns to the courts attention.

Can I file all of these in one motion? What forms should I use?

Yes you can file for everything in one motion. Either google new jersey forms matrimonial or call the family division in your county to get pro se motion forms.
