Do parents have to sign off on court papers for a child who is 17 years old and being sued for child support in nj, particularly a voluntary admission of paternity affidavit

I have never seen a17 year old being sued for child support. If what you are saying is that the 17 year old is the father then a claim of child support might be in order.
