If I have had permanent custody of my grandson for the past 4 years Can I be prohibited from
leaving the state> ? Economy forcing me to move South and MY daughter, the child's Mother
has filed a custody hearing on the 25th of this month to prevent me from leaving. She has no
job,no permanent residence, a long arrest history and uses drugs. I have been looking for free or
some pro rated assistance but have found no help.Nor has she paid child support .
Worried
Free is a four letter word to a lawyer who is self-employed. If you are willing to discuss a reasonable fee you can call me.
Call me if you like.
