I received a summons via regular postal mail. The 2C:33-4A IS THE CODE (njs). tHE CPMPLAINT STATES that I was making annonymous phone calls and I said that I was going to destroy him since I can have access to his credit report since my job enables me to do so. This is not true because I don't have that as a function to obtain credit reports. Please advise how I go about this. Thanks
