Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have recently been accused of child neglect due to being under the influence of alcohol in the presence of the children but it has been proven that there has been no physical, verbal or emotional abuse towards the children. I live in NJ and feel I have been WRONGFULLY ACCUSED due to the circumstances am I correct in thinking this ?

A lot of people are wrongfully accused. Regardless of whether you were or weren't, the issue is what are you going to do about it? How will you defend yourself? Guitly people go free while innocent people go to prison. Why? Because of how the case was handled. Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss

You have a serious problem. Accused of child neglect. This can cause you to lose...well, this can cause you very serious and permanent problems.

You need a lawyer, right now. Before you do anything, talk to a family lawyer who handles DYFS cases. DYFS is now called DCPP, same people, same harsh treatment of people accused of child neglect.

I do this kind of work. Call me and I will assist. No charge for the first office visit.

If you are not near me and need a lawyer who does this work who is nearer to you, I have some friends attorneys who are in central NJ and in southern NJ.

Happy to help. But please: get a lawyer right now. And do not talk to DYFS or the police or anyone else about this until you get a lawyer's advice.
