Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Im trying to show the court that my spouse is a psychologically abusive father. I know that my husband previously applied to be a cop, but was rejected because he failed the psychological evaluation. Is there any way to get access to these records or at least find out why he failed? thanks! You will be helping my 3 children if you answer this question for me

That could be difficult to get and depending on what it says, may not be the end of the case. It sounds like you need a good attorney to really put this together for you. I hope you either have one or are looking to get one.
