my son and i moved to atlanta on december 22 and my son came back on feb. 9 and was suppose to be back with me on april 9. his father filed for joint custody and residental custody and now they won't let me take him back home but neither his father nor i have custody. will i get in trouble if i take him back to atlanta with me?

If you violate a court order, you will get in trouble. You should have an attorney handling this case for you.
