My son is 21 and a senior in college, have no problem with paying the child support but since he is 21 can the support checks go directly to him. My son claims he doesn't get any money from the support I provide. He pays his own car insurance and even had to pay for the vet bill for the dog his father gave him 7 christmases agol.

Maybe he doesn't get the money directly, but if he is living in the household, he is getting a roof over his head, heat in the winter, his meals, etc. That is the purpose of child support, not necessarily money in his pocket.

Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit of information that you have given to me. There certainly may be other factors that would change my opinion. Further, no one can rely on advice from an attorney who has not been retained. You will only be able to rely on advice from an attorney who you have actually retained. Good luck! Rob Gleaner
