my sons baby

my took his baby to the doctors cause he wasnt feling right upon arival they examend the baby and found that he had 7 fractured bones dys was called and now they are tretning to take the baby away from my son right in the hospital can they do this

CALL AN ATTORNEY RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!! I cannot possibly be more forceful in telling you this. He is going to be looking at criminal charges and anything he says will be used against him! The police will try to get him to admit to "playing" too roughly, etc. This is called Shaken Baby Syndrome and someone, most likely him, will be prosecuted. He needs an attorney before he starts making statements.
