Transfer of title to house

I need to refinance the house i was awarded in the the divorce settlment papers--he will not sign them-how do i get his name offf deed to refinance house cannot afford payments

If you are buying him out the only paper he has to sign is the deed. If he refuses to sign the deed your attorney can make a motion to the Court or and Order which acts as a deed from him to you.
