Re: visitation question

There is no statute which grants such people visitation rights specifically, however, any person who has a relationship with a child may make an application for visitation. The parents have ultimate say, generally, based upon a Supreme Court Case called Troxel. If you would like to further discuss this matter, please feel free to contact my secretary, Debbie, at 856-795-6700 to schedule a consultation.
