Apparently, you have filed a complaint for divorce on your own. I am available to help you finalize your case.

Call me if you like.

Re: wife doesn't respond to divorce complaint

You need to file for default. But you need to first find out if she was really served and that she knows she has to respond. I have a case right now that I got from another lawyer where my client has not responded because of a paperwork error from another attorney. You would save yourself a lot of time and effort if you double check with her first because the default process is long and if she shows up at the last minute to file a motion to vacate the default, the Judge could grant it. Just happened yesterday in another case I am involved with.

I suggest you get an attorney to assist you with this matter. My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss the case.
