Legal Question in Medical Leave in New Jersey
I have been approved for intermittent time off. I use the time to care for my mom who has Alzheimer's. My employer insists that, because I hold a management position, I am still required to work a 40hr work week. If I use 4 hrs for FMLA in a week, I am expected to make it up.

It appears that you will be taking approved time-off that may not fall outside of the FMLA guidelines.
