Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I was arrested in a raid at a friends house and was put in jail for 2 months with a broken leg till i bailed out even though the case had nothing to do with me. The charges just got dropped off of me last Friday and the arrest happened last december. Can I sue?
