Depositions

If you are required to give a deposition in a cive suit against you and you don't attend, are you in contempt of count and can you be arrested?

If you are a party, a number of things can happen. FIrst, you will lose, second if there is a court order an you violate the order you can be arrested for being in contempt of a court order. So yes is the answer.
